1. Purpose of the site

The site presents luxury villas and concierge services, and allows you to submit enquiries or booking requests. Online content is informational; a stay is confirmed only after written confirmation by our team.

2. Accuracy of information

We strive for accurate descriptions, photos and rates. Information may change (availability, seasonal pricing, amenities). In case of discrepancy, the confirmation sent by Leonis Collection prevails.

3. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (fraudulent requests, scraping, attempts to breach security, offensive content). We may refuse or cancel abusive requests.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, logos and design are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission, except for personal private use as allowed by law.

5. Bookings and services

Specific villa rental and concierge conditions (deposit, cancellation, house rules) are communicated at booking. Concierge services are subject to availability and separate confirmation.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonis Collection is not liable for indirect damages arising from site use, temporary unavailability, or third-party links. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
